Netsol was established in Korea in 2010, targeting the niche memory markets. The company offers SRAM memory devices and is developing STT-MRAM solutions with plans for mass production by the end of 2023.
Netsol's first MRAM products will be offered in densities of 1Mb to 32 Mb, with either serial or parallel interfaces. The company expects to offer samples by the end of 2022.
