pMTJ STT-MRAM developer Avalanche Technology announced that it is providing its MRAM Persistent SRAM (P-SRAM) products for industrial touch screen applications developed by M2I corporation.
M2I is using Avalancheâs 4Mbit High Performance MRAM chips for its its popular TOP Human Machine Interface products used in industrial automation systems.
In 2019 Avalanche Technology announced a $33 million funding round led by Thomvest Ventures.
